Order issues
“Price has updated” or quote expired
Section titled ““Price has updated” or quote expired”The confirmation timer ran out or available liquidity changed. Review the new quote before continuing. The expired quote did not place a trade.
Slippage exceeded
Section titled “Slippage exceeded”The average price moved beyond your limit. Try a smaller amount or wait for more liquidity. Raising the tolerance means accepting a worse possible price.
Insufficient balance
Section titled “Insufficient balance”The available balance on the required route does not cover the order. A pending deposit, funds on another network, or money reserved for another order may not be available yet.
Order rejected
Section titled “Order rejected”Common causes include:
- Available liquidity changed.
- The market closed or paused.
- A route became unavailable.
- The current price exceeded your tolerance.
- Wallet permissions or balance validation failed.
Request a new quote instead of resubmitting the old one.
Order remains processing
Section titled “Order remains processing”Wait for a final status before retrying. Check order history and your balance; venue or network updates can arrive after the first request.
Fill differs from the headline price
Section titled “Fill differs from the headline price”The headline price may cover only a small number of shares. A larger order can fill across several prices or routes. Compare the final fill with the quote and recorded slippage.
